APERITIVO DELLE FARFALLE – АПЕРИТИВ С БАБОЧКАМИ

Stiamo tornando alla carica dopo le vacanze piene di nuove idee positive! Intanto per salutare l’estate che se ne va vi proponiamo un aperitivo a tema di farfalle. Secondo noi, la leggerezza e colorito vivace di questi bellissimi insetti rappresentano perfettamente lo spirito gioioso e spensierato della stagione estiva.

Мы возвращаемся после отдыха полные новых позитивных идей! Для начала, чтобы как следует попрощаться с летом, мы предлагаем вам тематический аперитив с бабочками. Как нам кажется, лёгкость и яркий колорит этих прекрасных насекомых прекрасно передают жизнерадостность и беззаботность летнего сезона.

Per creare l’atmosfera abbiamo voluto creare un’esplosione di colori. Abbiamo messo una tovaglia di carta gialla, tovaglioli fucsia, poi abbiamo sparso delle farfalle di carta dappertutto: sui pali del gazebo, sui bicchieri, sui rami, sul tavolo.

Для создания нужной атмосферы мы решили добавить ярких красок и постелили жёлтую бумажную скатерть, положили малиновые салфетки, разместили бабочек повсюду: на столбиках беседки, на стаканах, на ветках, на столе.

Non potevamo certamente proporre per il menu dell’apericena solo nettare di cui sono tanto ghiotte le farfalle, pertanto abbiamo optato per stuzzichini tradizionali, decorando i piatti con stuzzicadenti lunghi decorati di farfalle. Per omaggiare il tema estivo-farfalloso abbiamo comunque proposto ai commensali l’insalata di pasta (a forma di farfalle) con pomodorini, avocado, formaggio e prosciutto cotto. Buonissima.

Конечно же, мы не могли ограничить меню аперитивного ужина одним только нектаром, который так любят бабочки. Так что мы выставили на стол традиционные закуски, украсив блюда длинными шпажками с бабочками. Впрочем, мы также отдали должное летне-бабочковой тематике, предложив участникам вечера отведать макаронный салат (с макаронами в форме бабочек) с помидорчиками, авокадо, сыром и варёной ветчиной. Было очень вкусно.

E per il dolce è stato preparato un Tiramisù casalingo con una vezzosa farfalla di fragole.

А на десерт был приготовлен домашний десерт “Тирамису”, на котором красовалась клубничная бабочка.

Come vedete, per creare una serata positiva basta un pizzico di fantasia e la voglia di creare e condividere il buonumore!

Как видите, для создания позитивной вечеринки нужно лишь немного фантазии, а также желание создавать хорошее настроение и делиться им!
