BUON ANNO (DI NUOVO)! // ЕЩЁ РАЗ С НОВЫМ ГОДОМ!

Lo sapevate che il Capodanno in Russia si festeggia ben due volte?! Eh già!

Bisogna ammettere che ai russi piace molto festeggiare, ma con il periodo natalizio c’è un po’ di confusione. In pratica si inizia con un saluto al Natale cattolico, poi la notte tra il 31 dicembre e il 1 gennaio c’è la sfarzosa festa di Capodanno festeggiato in tutto il mondo in questa data. Poi segue il Natale Ortodosso il 7 gennaio (ne avevamo già parlato nel nostro blog). E infine segue il Vecchio Capodanno, festa che lascia perplessi molti stranieri e che viene celebrata tra il 13 ed il 14 gennaio. 

In realtà la confusione è sempre dovuta al passaggio dal Calendario Giuliano a quello Gregoriano che non è stato facile da accettare ed assimilare per la popolazione della Grande Russia. Per questo molti, soprattutto nel periodo della transizione, continuavano ad attenersi al vecchio calendario e festeggiare il Capodanno rigorosamente dopo il Natale ortodosso.

Comunque, ad oggi il Vecchio Capodanno non rappresenta un giorno non lavorativo, ma l’occasione viene sfruttata con molto piacere dalla gente per riunirsi nuovamente attorno al tavolo apparecchiato a festa per stare insieme e salutare ancora una volta l’inizio del nuovo anno.

Россияне с удовольствием празднуют всё: и католическое Рождество, и новый год, и православное Рождество, и совершенно непонятный многим иностранцам Старый Новый год, отмечаемый в ночь с 13 на 14 января.

Как мы уже говорили по случаю Рождества, изначально путаница была вызвана переходом с Юлианского на Григорианский календарь, к которому россиянам было не так просто привыкнуть и адаптироваться. Многие, особенно в переходный период, продолжали встречать новый год по-старому, строго после православного Рождества.

В наше время Старый Новый год хоть и не является официальным выходным днём, но охотно используется в качестве повода для того, чтобы снова собраться всем вместе за праздничным столом и ещё раз отметить наступление нового года.
