Li abbiamo cercati dappertutto e finalmente li abbiamo scoperti in cucina. Hanno controllato la dispensa e tirato fuori tutte le cose per preparare dei dolci. Perché no? Una buona idea. Potremmo fare un panettone in attesa delle festività.

PANETTONE DEGLI GNOMI // ПАНЕТТОНЕ ГНОМОВ
Ricetta // Рецепт
- 300 g di farina // 300 г муки
- 150 g di zucchero // 150 г сахара
- 150 g di burro fuso // 150 г растопленного сливочного масла
- 2 tuorli d’uovo // 2 яичных желтка
- 250 g di uvetta // 250 г изюма
- 200 g di nocciole, pinoli, mandorle // 200 г смеси орехов: лесных, кедровых, миндальных
- buccia di 1 arancia grattugiata // тёртая цедра 1 апельсина
- canditi // цукаты по вкусу
- succo spremuto di 1/2 arancia (o di 1 intera se è piccola) // выжатый сок 1/2 апельсина (или целого, если апельсин маленький)
- 1 bustina di lievito secco per dolci // 1 пакетик разрыхлителя для выпечки
Mescolate farina, zucchero, burro e 2 tuorli d’uovo, aggiungete l’uvetta precedentemente fatta ammorbidire nell’acqua calda (l’acqua va scolata), nocciole, pinoli, mandorle pestati o spezzettati grossolanamente, la buccia di arancia grattugiata e il succo di arancia. Il lievito va aggiunto per ultimo. Amalgamare il tutto bene con le mani, se l’impasto non si amalgama bene, si può aggiungere un goccio di latte, se invece si appiccica troppo alle mani, prendere un pugno di farina e impastare di nuovo.
Coprire una teglia con carta da forno. Formare delle palline di impasto e appiattirle sulla teglia, formando dei dischi. Infornare nel forno preriscaldato a 150° per 50 minuti.

Разрыхлитель добавляется в последнюю очередь. Тщательно вымесить руками, если тесто слишком сухое, можно добавить немножко молока, если же оно сильно прилипает к рукам, возьмите пригоршню муки и вымесите снова.
Застелите противень пергаментом для выпечки. Сформируйте из теста шарики и расплющите их на противне так, чтобы получились диски. Выпекайте в предварительно разогретой до 150 градусов духовке 50 минут.
I panettoni cotti fanno fatti raffreddare. Poi vanno avvolti nella carta da forno e poi nella carta da regalo. Così si conservano meglio e sono anche pronti per essere regalati a qualcuno.
Готовые кексы нужно остудить. Потом их можно завернуть сначала в пергамент, а затем в упаковочную бумагу. В таком виде они лучше сохранятся и будут готовы к тому, чтобы их кому-нибудь подарить.
